Renna Popli, AVtv Editor-in-Chief
Renna Popli is a senior in her third year in journalism, this time as an AVtv Editor-In-Chief. She’s spent her past years in AVJournalism dedicated to improving the program and climbing the ranks, beginning as a copy editor and eventually becoming EIC for multiple medias. Having participated in symposiums, attending summer camps, and winning competitions, Renna has become passionate about journalism.
When she is not doing schoolwork or working on AVJ, Renna loves to read novels, write stories, sing, and play numerous instruments (or try to, at least). She considers music her passion, and has spent the last three years studying classical voice, which is the most difficult type of singing she’s ever practiced. She enjoys spending time with friends, her dog Trixie, and her sister Meera. She has been practicing taekwondo for twelve years, and is a second degree black belt. She loves to spread positivity, and you will rarely catch her without a smile on her face.
