Maxwell Flasck, Staff Writer
As one of the newest additions to the AVHS Journalism team, Max Flasck (’22) hopes to follow thrilling stories, inform hundreds at Amador Valley, and perfect his skills as a writer. Drafting and editing pages is no sweat to him, even if it’s someone else’s paper. Don’t worry, he’s used to picking up others’ slack, however, you won’t find him working on art projects any time soon. Speaking in front of small audiences is no problem for him either, thanks to a brief improv class he took over the summer.
Though gathering and presenting outside information is his goal, breaking away from reality is one of his favorite things to do. As an avid novelist in his free time with a *small* online following, you can expect to find his literary masterpiece lining the store shelves next to the works of J. K. Rowling and Suzanne Collins… one day, one day. For now, he’ll focus on sharpening his skillset and opening up to new experiences for the 2020-2021 school year.
