Tianna Hekmaty is the graphic design editor for the 2023-2024 journalism class. Despite being a senior, this is her first year in journalism, having been in digital art class the year before. She is looking forward to learning many skills this year working on the Amadon and anything else that may need her help.  She has lived in Pleasanton her entire life and wants to discover more about her hometown.

Outside of journalism, she is also in band, playing synth and being in charge of electronics for the marching band and playing percussion for the in-class band. She enjoys reading, daydreaming, listening to music, and drawing (she will probably doodle on any piece of paper she’s given). Tianna aspires to be a scriptwriter and bring to life the many stories she has created in her head.
