Sonali Carumbaya, Amadon Editor-in-Chief

Sonali Carumbaya (’21) is an Editor-in-Chief of the Amadon, Amador’s very own school newspaper! She likes to read books, especially fantasy and realistic fiction, and fashion magazines (Vogue in particular). She also thrives on current world events and politics. Through Amador Journalism, she hopes to feed her passion of writing and grow as a journalist.

In her spare time, Sonali likes to play tennis and spend time with her friends. She is on the girls varsity tennis team at Amador and loves being a part of it. Between schoolwork and extracurriculars, time-management is a constant struggle— but she is so proud of the clubs and organizations she is involved in.
