Kazuya Yasui, Staff Writer
Kazuya Yasui is a first-year Journalism student in his sophomore year. Interested in a wide array of topics, he hopes to inform Amador students about new stuff they have never heard about before. Moving to Pleasanton around a year ago Kazuya hopes to meet and make new friends in the journalism class.
Outside of school he enjoys playing basketball and is a big fan of the Houston Rockets. However, the Rockets repay his loyalty to the team by bombing out of the playoffs every year and causing him heartbreak after heartbreak. And then last year the Rockets were the worst team in the league so there you go. Kazuya also enjoys playing video games with friends and sometimes, when he feels like it, cooking food.
