Jackie Pecavar, Staff Writer
As a new AVHS Journalism staff member, Jackie Pecavar wants to pursue her talents in News articles, photography, and sports articles. She is a Sophomore at Amador Valley and hopes to continue Journalism in her later years of high school. Jackie is a All-American cheerleader and cheers on JV sideline at Amador Valley High. She also competes in gymnastics on the side. She has won many awards at gymnastics competitions and is very involved with sports.
If she is not at practice or school, you will find Jackie at home watching Gilmore Girls. Jackie’s favorite musician is Harry Styles and will be going to see him perform in Los Angeles in October of 2022. She cannot wait to start the year and learn more about what Journalism has to offer!
