Imogen Rogers, Infographic Editor-in-Chief
Imogen Rogers is an Infographics EIC who aims to be a positive, productive leader for the infographics department here at AVJ. After two full years in journalism, Imogen has further enjoyed taking photos at sporting events, writing articles, and working on the occasional segment. In November 2019 at the National JEA Convention in Washington DC, Imogen worked with a partner on a segment that won 6th in a national broadcasting competition.
Outside of Amador, Imogen enjoys yoga, the mountains, and spending time with friends. Her favorite TV shows are Gilmore Girls and New Girl. Imogen’s favorite author is Taylor Jenkins Reid, from whom she recommends Daisy Jones and the Six and The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. She was a competitive gymnast for five years and continues to enjoy the sport on her own time. She spends too much money on Starbucks and once you get her started on either astrology or a favorite book of hers, she will never stop. Once Imogen graduates she plans on going to college somewhere in the Pacific Northwest and getting her degree in Communications.
