Gabi Minto (‘25) is a first-year staff writer at Amador Valley Journalism with no experience in journalism and hopes to be able to learn more about how and what is involved in the class. In contrast to his lack of journalistic experience, Gabi is experienced in computer science and is excited to see how, if at all, journalism can show a new angle to his cs career.

In his free time, Gabi likes to read science fiction and philosophy-oriented books. He loves listening to music, especially artists like The Weeknd, Travis Scott, and Kanye West. His favorite albums from these artists are Kiss Land, Astroworld, and My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, respectively.
