Diego Sapriza, Senior Staff Writer
Diego Maria Sapriza is a Sophomore at AVHS, this is his first year with the AV Journalism team. After spending the first ten years of his life living in Uruguay, he moved to the US right before the start of fifth grade, being bilingual, Diego has a bigger vocabulary than most monolingual people. He chose to take AV Journalism because he wanted to be more in touch with school events and to talk to more people.
Other than wanting to be involved in school, Diego spends most of his time at home practicing volleyball and learning to play the drumset. He enjoys listening to music, drawing, playing Magic the Gathering, and playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends. Diego has three siblings who he loves spending time with; his older sister Maria; his younger sister Sofia; and his younger brother Alfonso. He grew up being the extrovert in the friend group, so he loves talking to and meeting new people whenever he can. Diego is that kind of person who loves learning about god knows what, god knows when.
