Sonic the Hedgehog 3 was released in theaters on Dec. 20. The director of the film is Jeff Fowler and included many re-appearances from the actors of the first and second movie. With an 86 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, the movie is a hit.
About the Movie
The starting scene introduces a new character named Shadow the Hedgehog, played by Keanu Reeves. A glimpse of Shadow’s backstory provided suspense and frame of the plot. Sonic then shares old memories with his team while camping.
The team is soon reintroduced and was asked to help investigate a mystery being that made itself known to Tokyo. Sonic and his teams find out the strange new hedgehog has unmatched power and a very determined manor. Throughout the movie the audience learns more about Shadow, and how the hedgehogs look to a very unlikely alliance in a past villain.

This lighthearted movie is perfect for adults and children of all ages who want to have a good laugh. Each character is easy to relate to and has a unique personality. Additionally, it also has an interesting take on combining realistic animation and the real world.
